Approach
A poster for Women’s Day that calls attention to the pivotal and pioneering roles indigenous women have place in environmental activism, and protection of indigenous agricultural and cultivation practices.
Women form a link through their hair indicating interconnectedness, a river flows from the top right of the page to the bottom left, where they gather around a sacred tree indicating the Chipko and Narmada Bachao movements.
