Tamil Snacks
This self-initiated project began as a concept for a children’s counting book and expanded into illustrations suited for product, lifestyle, and packaging contexts while still retaining a strong editorial and storytelling quality.
The approach for Counting Tamil Snacks combined semi-realistic illustration with playful movement and texture to celebrate familiar South Indian snacks through a contemporary visual language. The series includes subtle animation, such as a GIF of oil bubbling on the kuzhipaniyaram skillet, adding warmth and sensory detail to the viewing experience.
